The Metros have made huge improvements since their previous game and are really starting to look and play like a team. Metros controlled the game from the first face off. Alex Warrington was solid in goals and the defence played well as a unit limiting Brooklands to only 4 goals. The goals were well shared amongst the team which is always a sign of a team playing well. Metros had a lead of 5-1 at half time but Brooklands came back at them in the third quarter getting to within one goal at 5-4. Metros held their nerve in the final quarter scoring two unanswered goals to leave the final score at 7-4.
