Another hot 2.30pm start for our U13 boys. A far better result with Metros losing only 10-4.

 

Playing in the Navy stadium, priceless, and will never be forgotten for the rest of their lives. Metros went down 7-2 in the first half. The game being played in 2 x 20 minute halves to enable the professional game to go ahead later. Massive tailgate party throughout the afternoon and early evening in the Navy Car Park. The two keepers played extremely well as usual. Goals came from Hackett, Russell and Baythorpe. Baythorpe had an outstanding performance with plenty of effort which needed to be matched by the other players. Good performances from Bullock, Cole (who was switched to straight defence) and Robinson.

 

We await our next game with eager anticipation.
